By creating a VIBE account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them — the coin/payment sections in particular.
VIBE lets you ask yes/no questions about a place (e.g. "Is this place crowded right now?") and get answers from other users who are actually nearby. Helpers can also be reached directly for chat, voice, or video conversations.
When using VIBE, you agree not to:
Other users can report content or behavior that violates these terms. Depending on the number and severity of reports against an account, VIBE may automatically or manually restrict, suspend, or permanently ban that account from posting, answering, or using chat/call features. We aim to apply this fairly, but these decisions are made at VIBE's discretion.
Voice and video calls are relayed in real time via a third-party service (Agora) and are not recorded or stored by VIBE. Be respectful — the same conduct rules in Section 4 apply to calls and chat.
Answers on VIBE come from other users, not from VIBE itself. We don't verify the accuracy of answers, and you shouldn't rely on them for anything safety-critical.
VIBE is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIBE and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on answers from other users or loss of coins due to account restrictions.
We may update these terms as VIBE evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use VIBE after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
